-Remove old lr and hallway carpet-Gut bathroom-Install new tub-Move toilet location to nook beside tub-Tile and grout fireplace-Fix up deck and stain-Move junction box from hallway to laundry room-Finish mudding living room walls-Finish mudding lr and kitchen walls-Install microwave over stove-Give lr ceiling fan a makeover (paint bronze)-Finish stencil work around doorways-Move bathroom door over-Prime and paint living room walls-Primeand paint kitchen-Paint and add casing and trim to living room and kitchen windows- -Put plantation blinds on windows
- -Install solid pine door to coat closet
-Add moulding and beadboard to kitchen cabinets-Primeand paint kitchen cabinets- -Raise hallway ceiling from 7' to 8'
- -Install new countertop and sink and hardware
- -Add kitchen backsplash (beadboard? tile? tin?)

- -Install vanities and toilet
- -Install,paint wood planks to ceiling
- -Install new lighting and faucets
- -Install pine door and finish trimwork
- -End Phase 1 and take a break!
